From its roots in the general law practice established by William Gitlitz in 1933, Berchem, Moses & Devlin has grown to a sophisticated multispecialty practice. Our growth has been strategic to ensure that each client receives the most comprehensive legal representation, in a personalized environment, which allows our attorneys to fully understand and evaluate our clients' needs and objectives. All our highly credentialed lawyers concentrate in one or more practice sections, thereby enabling each to develop the specialized knowledge necessary to serve the needs of our clients. These practice sections, discussed in further detail on the pages that follow, include Business Services, Education, Labor and Employment, Litigation and Real Estate Services. The interconnection of these practice groups also enables us to provide a variety of multidisciplinary services to our public sector clients in our Municipal Services Section. In addition, recognizing that a commitment to our communities is a vital element of our profession, our attorneys are actively involved in a wide range of nonbusiness activities. These activities include participation in local, civic and charitable organizations, serving on the boards of educational and medical institutions, maintaining political leadership roles and holding positions on various local administrative boards and agencies. |
